GR Custom Woodwork designs and builds custom closets in Cape Cod, MA: walk-in closets, reach-in closets and dressing rooms with shelving, drawers and hanging space, made in our own shop in Mashpee.

Every piece is cut, assembled, painted and installed by our own team, with no subcontractors. Our shop and showroom are at 68 Mercantile Way in Mashpee, and we work in all 15 towns of Barnstable County, from Bourne and Falmouth to Provincetown.

    We come to your home, measure the space and talk through what you want.

    Design and estimate

    You get a design and a written estimate. Finishes and hardware can be chosen in our Mashpee showroom.

    Built in our shop

    We cut, assemble and finish every piece in our own shop, so quality is checked before it reaches your home.

    The same team installs, trims and finishes the work on site, with no subcontractors.

Do you offer free estimates for custom closets?

Yes. We visit your home in Cape Cod, take measurements and talk through what you want, then send a written estimate. Call (508) 648-8998 or use the form on this page.

Who does the work?

Our own team, start to finish. We cut, assemble, paint and install everything ourselves, with no subcontractors, so the person who measured your space is part of the crew that installs it.

How is a custom closet different from a closet kit?

A kit comes in fixed sizes. We build the closet to the exact walls and ceiling height, in solid painted or wood finishes, so it fits the space and lasts.

Do you build walk-in closets with an island?

Yes, when the room allows it. We design the island with drawers and a top for folding, and match it to the rest of the closet.
